The front end POS is very reliable, I have never had any down time, rebooting or errors like I had with my previous system. If I have a problem, all it takes is one phone call to their supportand I get help within minutes. Beats sending a remote support and waiting hours or even weeks for help.

Since having the system, I have even more reasons to be very pleased and satisfied with the team from FutureNet and its system. The system and software is very robust and since the system was installed we have had no break downs, the software actually works and works well. One of the nicestsurprises was, there were no surprises, you get everything with your system, ie. Auto re-order, Accounts, Customer Loyalty Program etc., Other systems out there seem to charge you for these programs.
Just a short note of thanks in giving us a great system for our store. The change over from our previous system went without a hitch. The training given to my staff was first class with on-going follow up by your staff even after they left the store to ensure we did it right e.g.our first host order and stocktake. We could not be happier with the system, it has made nearly everything so much easier and simpler to manage.
